Data Retention & Deletion
Screening data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services. You may request deletion of your child's data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete all personally identifiable information within 30 days.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
SoundWise4Kids is designed for use by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without verified parental consent.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SoundWise4Kids, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including parents, guardians, educators, and healthcare professionals.
Description of Service
SoundWise4Kids provides a play-based developmental screening platform for children ages 2–9. Our service is designed to identify potential early learning risks and provide actionable insights. SoundWise4Kids is a screening tool and does not provide medical diagnoses.
Not a Substitute for Professional Care
SoundWise4Kids is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace professional medical, educational, or therapeutic evaluation. Screening results are intended to inform, not diagnose. Always consult qualified professionals for clinical decisions regarding your child's development.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your child's age and development
- Use the platform in a manner consistent with its intended purpose
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the platform
Intellectual Property
All content, screening methodologies, reports, and materials on SoundWise4Kids are protected by intellectual property laws. The SoundWise RX screening methodology is patented. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
SoundWise4Kids provides screening information on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of screening results for any individual child. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
